Please read our booking terms and conditions before placing your reservation.
Booking Time
Bookings must be made at least 3 days before the departure date to ensure fleet availability and optimal trip preparation.
Down Payment (DP)
A down payment of 30% of the agreed total is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is paid before or during the trip.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 1 day before departure, the down payment (DP) will be refunded at 50% of the paid DP amount.

Damage Responsibility
Vehicle damage caused by passengers during the trip is the passenger's responsibility. Repair costs will be charged according to the level of damage.
